HIPAA Policy: Notice of Psychologists’ Policies and Practices to Protect the Privacy of Your Health Information

We take appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your PHI.

We reserve the right to change this policy and make the revised notice effective for all PHI we maintain. Any changes will be posted on our website.
